- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I had my mother schedule a consult to have her laser eye surgery done the stuff ( receptionist not very friendly) My mom needed help with filling out the form and asked her for help with one of the questions and she replied you should of came in with some one who speaks fluent English. I had called and spoke to Tracy to have the doctor call me back since I'm also a patient at the practice, with no return call till today. I had My laser surgery done at the center when Dr. Gordon was much smaller office,( I was very Happy with the treatment I got) I feel that no matter how big your practice is its important to give equal good service to all patients.
